What are the limits on the free plan?
Three new models every 30 days, one version each, 50 MB of storage, and as many reviewers as you like. Archiving or deleting a model doesn’t give it back: each one counts for 30 days from the day you added it. There is no trial clock — it stays free until you need a second version, more models or client sign-off.
Do my clients count as seats?
No. Anyone with a review link can look, comment and reply without an account. Seats are for people inside your studio who upload work and answer notes.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop to Free and every model stays where it is. We don’t hold your work hostage over an expired card. You can also export everything as one file, any time, and delete your account yourself.
Can I switch or cancel?
Any time, from Settings — it opens Stripe’s own billing page, where you can change card, download invoices or cancel. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
