How this works: an outside service (Google Cloud Monitoring) asks MeshMarkup every 5 minutes whether the database, file storage, email and payments answer, and this page shows what it found. If something looks broken and isn’t shown here, email hello@meshmarkup.com and a person will answer.
If your client can’t open a link
Before assuming it’s us: check the link hasn’t been switched off or expired, in the Share menu on the model. That page also shows whether it was ever opened, which answers the more common version of this question.
